Elastic recovery: 100 % Breaking elongation : 4,81% standard and wet. Hiprorope: Rope from knitted E-glass fi bre yarns, with red iron-oxide silicon rubber cover. Hiprorope is designed to provide a seal in environments that are exposed to the hazards of high heat and occasional fl ame. The rope is made of knitted type E-glass fi bre and then coated with a high grade silicone rubber. Thru its silicone rubber cover the rope is protected from saturation of liquids from outside and withstands molten splash of metal and glass till +1650 °C. Hiprorope is resistant to hydraulic fl uids, lubricating oils and fuels. Hiprorope is typically used in the basic glass, ceramics and steel industry.
